LAND LEASE FOR HANGAR DEVELOPMENT

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL:

The Paulding County Airport Authority is soliciting competitive sealed Proposals for land leases for the design, and construction of hangars on seven separate tracts of property located at the Paulding County Regional Airport (PUJ).
Proposals must be returned in a sealed package marked on the outside with the RFP#09-01and Proposer Name. Proposals are legal and binding upon the bidder when submitted. One unbound original and three copies must be submitted. Proposals will be received until 12:00 p.m. noon EST on July 16, 2009, at the Paulding County Airport Department, 240 Constitution Boulevard, Dallas, Georgia 30132. Any Proposal received after this date and time will not be accepted. Proposals will be publicly opened, and the names of submitting firms will be read at 1:00 p.m.
A pre-Proposal conference is scheduled for Thursday, June 18, 2009 at 10:00 a.m., at the Paulding County Airport Department located at 240 Constitution Boulevard, Dallas, Georgia 30132. All prospective Proposers are strongly encouraged to attend.
Questions regarding Proposals must be directed to Blake Swafford at the Paulding County Airport Department, no later than 5:00 p.m. on July 2, 2009. Mr. Swafford may be reach during normal office hours by telephone at 770-505-7700 or by email: bswafford@paulding.gov.
The written Request for Proposal documents supersede any verbal or written prior communications between the parties.
Selection criteria are outlined in the Request for Proposal documents. Paulding County reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, to negotiate changes in the scope of work and other RFP requirements, to waive technicalities and informalities, and to make an award deemed in its best interest.
